Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered in 7–14 business days to the US. Orders are sent to our supplier warehouse within 24–48 hours of purchase, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No hidden fees at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@daiology.store and we'll look into it immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US. International shipping is coming soon — follow our Instagram to be the first to know when we expand.


Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@daiology.store with your order number and we'll handle everything from there. No hoops, no hassle.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Take a photo and email it to us. We'll send a replacement within 24 hours — no return needed.


Products

Are these products safe to use on sensitive skin?

All tools on DAI are non-invasive and safe for home use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, we recommend checking with your dermatologist before trying new devices — especially anything involving light therapy or microcurrent.

Do the tools come with instructions?

Yes — all devices include a user guide. For additional help, most products have tutorial videos on TikTok and YouTube that walk you through exactly how to use them.

Are these the same products I've seen on TikTok?

Yes. We specifically source products that have genuine traction on TikTok and Amazon. We don't list something just because it looks good — there has to be real purchase proof and real results behind it.


Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we can usually make changes. After that, orders are sent to the warehouse and can't be modified — but our 30-day return policy still applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify — the same platform trusted by over 4 million businesses worldwide. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
