30-Day Returns
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return
1. Email support@daiology.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Once we confirm receipt, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrived damaged or was incorrect, email us a photo at support@daiology.store. We'll reship or refund immediately — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened personal care items that have contacted skin are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
