We currently ship to the United States only.

How Our Orders Work

Daiology sources products from international suppliers and ships directly to your door. This allows us to offer premium beauty tools at significantly lower prices than retail stores.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (Free): 7–20 business days

All orders include free tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of placing your order.

Why Does It Take 7–20 Days?

Because we ship directly from our international suppliers, delivery takes longer than domestic warehouses. This is how we keep our prices low. If you need something sooner, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Most packages become trackable within 5–7 business days of shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived after 25 business days, please contact us at support@daiology.store and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
